How does Autumn inspire your well-being journey?

Curious? Come on in...

Hello, hello,

As we transition into autumn after a summer rich with exploration, I'm gradually rediscovering my routine. September often brings an energy that inspires us to finish the year strong.

Yet, it's precisely during these bustling months that our commitment to personal well-being can waver, especially as we anticipate the shorter, darker days ahead.

To ensure I remain balanced throughout the changing seasons, I've crafted a simple self-check-in tool inspired by Gallup's Five Elements of Well-being. This tool involves a quick five-minute reflection where I draw a circle divided based on ten specific prompts. These prompts help me assess key aspects of my well-being, allowing me to see clearly where my energies are balanced and where they need realignment.

I’m curious to hear from you. How do you maintain or adjust your well-being practices as the seasons change?

Curiously connecting,

Always,

Perle
