Curiosity, stress and a dominatrix

Curious? Come on in...

Hello, hello,

Starting a newsletter feels hard.

Somehow I have to break down an imaginary ‘this is what a newsletter should sound like’ wall to be able to write.

Do you experience that?

Imaginary walls of ‘should’?

I always promised myself when I began the journey as a freelancer over a year ago and then NeedWorkshops in October,

that in whatever realm I show up in,

I will be myself.

Yet, I’ve been racking my brains on how to unblock and start.

I quickly forget how powerful journaling can be. I do it on a weekly basis. I use it as a foundational excersise for many of the inner work workshops.

To take a prompt and start writing.

Today, I'm curious about...
Being curious enables me to…
Curiosity encourages me to ask…

So here, I am curiously connecting with you. Letting myself write and seeing where it takes me.

There is a small crew of you receiving this. And to you, I say thank you.

For being the early supporters of NeedWorkshops. I’m not sure what brought you here. But I’ll bet curiosity played a part in it.

Because that is the power of curiosity. It can lead us down rabbit holes that take us somewhere new. It can lead us to curiously connect with others. To uncover moments of joy. Insight. Awareness. Learning.

And that is what I hope NeedWorkshops will become for you. A space for you to curiously connect with others. To connect on topics you are curious about. To let your curiosity take you a step further in making the impact you wish to make.

Curiously connecting,

always,

Perle

P.s. I look forward to connecting with you in a workshop soon. Next week we play with stress in our workshop ‘The Stress Playground’.
